The scan itself takes about 10 seconds. You need to stand completely still during that time — after that you're free to go. The figurine is ready within 3 weeks at most; we tell you the exact collection date at the time of the scan.

You can be up to 200 cm tall. The scanner's sensor range safely covers this.

Booking is free. The full price of the figurine is due at the time of the scan, at the showroom, by cash or bank card — or in advance by bank transfer. For gift vouchers, we send the payment details by e-mail.

Yes. If you can't make it, let us know at least 48 hours before your appointment at info@mock-up.hu or by phone, and we'll give you a new time free of charge. Booking an appointment online is not yet an order for a figurine; the order is concluded in person at the showroom on the day of the scan and cannot be withdrawn after that.

Showroom pickup is free. Home delivery costs HUF 1,990; delivery is free for 18 cm and 21 cm figurines. The delivery fee can be paid cash on delivery.

There's no minimum age — we're happy to scan children too. The key is that they can stand still for the 10 seconds of the scan. Under 18, a parent's or guardian's consent is required, and children under 14 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Yes, we also make figurines of pets. Since animals find it harder to stay still for 10 seconds, please get in touch with us in advance at info@mock-up.hu, and we'll help you prepare.

Avoid shiny, glossy or transparent clothing, as the scanner has more difficulty processing them. It's worth taking off your glasses during the scan, as the lenses can reflect light. Wear your hair the way you'd like to see it on the figurine.

You can come in any everyday clothing. We're also happy to scan costumes — this is especially popular at events. The main point is that the clothing shouldn't be overly shiny or transparent.

Yes. We keep the scan data for reorders for up to 1 year, so you can order another copy or a different size without a new scan. At your request, we delete it once the figurine has been completed; you can request this at info@mock-up.hu. Using any image for references or advertising requires separate, explicit consent.

Yes. We handle corporate gifts, team figurines and on-site event scanning. Send your idea to info@mock-up.hu and we'll prepare a custom quote.

We offer models for 1, 2 or 3 people. For a joint figurine, everyone needs to be scanned together at the same time.

9, 12, 15, 18 and 21 cm tall. The size determines the level of detail and presence. You'll find details and exact prices on the Sizes page.

From a special, durable, shape-retaining material using multi-color 3D printing technology, at our external printing partner. It keeps its shape and color for years.

In shatterproof packaging. You can pick it up at the showroom or request home delivery; we tell you the exact collection date at the time of the scan.

The easiest way to reach the showroom is by tram 2 or 24. If you come by car, there's paid street parking nearby, and an underground garage is also close by.
